  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Delays may occur due to high demand, courier service issues, or customs inspections.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on location and order size.
  • For wholesale or bulk orders, shipping terms will be provided separately.

Tracking Information

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
  • Please allow 1–3 business days for tracking information to update.

Customs & Duties

  • International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by your local authorities.
  • Customers are responsible for all such charges.

2. Returns Policy

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
  • Returns will not be accepted for items that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery (unless defective upon arrival).

Defective or Damaged Items

  • If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • We will arrange a replacement or a full refund after verification.

Non-Returnable Items

  • For health and safety reasons, dietary supplements that have been opened cannot be returned.
  • Clearance or promotional sale items may be non-refundable.

3. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method once returned items are inspected and approved.
